3. Step-by-Step Return Process

📌 Return requests must be raised within the return window.

Step 1: Log in to Bharathaat → Go to My Orders → Select the product → Click Request Return.
Step 2: Choose the reason for return and upload necessary images/videos (if required).
Step 3: Bharathaat will arrange a return pickup (where applicable).
Step 4: Once the product is received and verified, a refund/replacement is processed.

📌 If a pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship the product. Reimbursement will be provided for eligible cases.


4. Return Conditions & Quality Check

✔ The item must be in original condition with no damage.
✔ All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
✔ If the returned item fails quality verification, the return request will be rejected.
