1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options to make your shopping experience smooth:

Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express
Net Banking – Supported by major banks
UPI Payments – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI
Mobile Wallets – Paytm, Amazon Pay, MobiKwik, FreeCharge
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for eligible locations/orders
EMI Options – Available on select products and payment providers

Note: EMI and certain payment methods may have additional processing fees, which will be displayed at checkout.


2. Payment Processing & Security

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

💰 COD is available for select locations and orders up to ₹[X] as per Bharathaat’s shipping policies.
💰 Customers must pay the exact amount at the time of delivery. Partial payments or digital payments at the doorstep may not be accepted.
💰 Orders with COD may require phone verification before processing.

Note: Repeated COD order cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.


4. Payment Failures & Refunds

4.1 Payment Failures

If your payment fails, please check:
✔ Your card/bank details and ensure sufficient balance.
✔ Whether your card/bank supports online transactions.
✔ If there are technical issues with the payment gateway.

If money is deducted but the order isn’t confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within [X] business days.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds for canceled or returned orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If paid via COD, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit after return verification.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. EMI & Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Options

  • EMI is available on select products and banks.

  • Interest rates and tenure depend on the bank/card issuer.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services are available through our financial partners (T&Cs apply).


6. Taxes & Billing

  • All product prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST and other taxes as per Indian law.

  • Customers will receive an e-invoice via email upon successful payment.


7. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you notice an unauthorized charge, contact your bank and Bharathaat customer support immediately.

  • We will work with the payment provider to resolve disputes, but the final decision lies with the issuing bank.
